About

This four-week series calls our church to move from attending to belonging—from showing up on Sundays to building a spiritual home together. In Heart for the House, we look at how the early church in Acts lived with deep devotion: learning together, sharing life, praying with power, and meeting needs in their community. Each week, we’ll unpack what it means to be fully engaged in the life of the church—through small groups, serving, giving, and reaching others. It’s a vision for what happens when we give our hearts to God’s house—when the church becomes more than a building we go to, but a family we grow with and a mission we live for.

Serving as Jars of Clay

“We are jars of clay who are fillable with the very presence of God.” Pastor Josue unpacks the biblical metaphor of believers as “jars of clay,” explaining how followers of Jesus are:

Fallible

Faithfulness

In Week 2 of our Be Our Guest series, guest speaker Makayla Lance walks through the story of Abraham and Sarah in Genesis and reminds us of a truth we desperately need to hear:
God is faithful—even when we struggle to believe He will come through.
For 25 years, Abraham and Sarah waited on a promise from God that seemed impossible. And somewhere in the waiting came doubt, frustration, hopelessness, and the temptation to take control themselves.
Maybe you know that feeling too.
