Children’s Pastor (Full-Time)

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

The Role:

We’re looking for a Children’s Pastor who loves Jesus, loves kids, and loves building teams. You’ll lead BDCC Kids (birth through 5th grade) and create environments where kids encounter Jesus, families are equipped, and volunteers are unleashed to make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee BDCC Kids ministry (birth–5th grade)

• Build, equip, and shepherd an amazing volunteer team

• Partner with parents to disciple their kids at home

• Create safe, fun, and gospel-centered environments where kids can know and follow Jesus

• Collaborate with our Next Gen and creative teams to innovate strategy and programming

• Help kids see their role in God’s mission — in their homes, schools, and neighborhoods

What We’re Looking For:

• A growing relationship with Jesus that shows in your life and leadership

• Passion for kids and families, especially those far from God

• A heart for diversity and reaching our city

• A creative communicator who can connect with both kids and parents

• A natural team-builder who invests in volunteers

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, education, or related field preferred
